NZ Nelson Sauvinâ„¢ 2020 Hops

Developed by the New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research hop breeding program, Nelson Sauvin™ was named after the Sauvignon Blanc grape. This unique high alpha dual purpose hop produces very distinct white wine and gooseberry characteristics. With tropical fruit notes and low co-humulone it has become a go to variety for IPA's, Saisons and wheat ales. It is generally used in late boil additions or as a dry hop addition and produces a bold multi-dimentional result with distinct flavor.
