US Pink® 2025 Hops (Copy)

Pink is an aroma hop from Jackson Farms in Wilder, Idaho, the grower behind Idaho 7®. It started out as Experimental ID-158 and takes its name from the pink flags that marked its trial plots. Alpha acids run 11.2 to 14.1% with 1.8 to 2.0 mL/100g of total oil.

Expect citrus and stone fruit up front, with honey, melon and a light touch of strawberry and vanilla behind them. Pink works best late in the kettle and as a dry hop in hazy IPAs, IPAs, pale ales and session IPAs, and it holds up on its own or in a blend. Similar varieties include Idaho 7®, El Dorado®, Cashmere and Sabro®.
