AU Vic Secret 2022

Created by the HPA Breeding program, Vic Secret™ became available in 2013 as a cross between high alpha Australian and Wye College hops giving it a unique mix of English European and North American heritage. Used as a dual purpose hop, it can be used during all additions of the brewing process but is mostly used in the whirlpool or dry hop stages. The high alpha acids make Vic a go-to variety for any hop-forward beer style. Vic Secret™ is saught after for the intense tropical characteristics of pineapple, passionfruit and pine and produce similar results as Galaxy®.
