NZ Green Bullet 2018

Originally released in 1972 from the New Zealand DSIR, this dual-use hop is a staple of NZ style brews. This hop features a high myrcene content and is surprisingly smooth despite its high alpha acids. Considered a 'work horse' hop in NZ it is typically used for bittering in Lagers and can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. The resinous oil profile does well in late additions for English style ales while also producing Styrian Spicy and dried fruit characteristics.
